Is drunken wheelchair driving the newest social problem in Germany? According to The Local News of Germany, police saw a motorized wheelchair driving down the street, and came up behind the driver to see how he was doing that fine day. The tipsy man in the wheelchair figured the jig was up and hit the throttle to full speed, which, for a wheelchair, is 25 kilometers per hour, leading the police on a merry chase through Bielefeld.
For centuries, dogs have been unfairly blamed for “eating up the homework,” when school kids fail to turn in their papers on time. At least that’s what the teacher is told. But a cat that downloads child pornography? A serious matter indeed and a bad rap for a cat.

When a primate in The Dresden Zoo was named, “Obama,” an immediate outcry of racism rose from the “Initiative for Black Germans” organization.The news service, “The Local; Germany’s News in English,” reported that when the newborn mandrill was named Obama, after President Obama, they were apparently unaware that there is a long history of using monkeys to racially stereotype black people.

Obama called a white cop, “stupid” because he arrested a black professor for allegedly disorderly conduct. The flap generated from this event was so great that it tilted the Richter Scale. To appease the outraged world and the cop, the Chief Executive invited both the cop and the professor to the White House to have a beer with him this week, hoping to smash the uproar while his guests get smashed.
