In a rambling speech regarding the excellence of Obama’s Health Scare Plan (9/9/09), one congressman, Joe Wilson (R-SC) struggled to keep himselfl in order until Obama stated; “Illigal immigrants will not receive healthcare coverage.” That was [the] one mis-statement too many that propelled the congressman to yell out for the world to hear, “You lie!”

The Lion of the Senate was lionized by worshipers, politicians, the legal profession and the media after his roar was silenced on August 25th. Everyone expected this as Ted Kennedy had been in a fierce battle with a brain tumor which he fought valiantly. And this writer waited until a respectable time of mourning had taken place before making a comment.
The Bible makes it clear that we humans are to tend the garden as he instructed Adam and Eve. We must take care of the Earth we occupy. Man has been so lax, so careless, that we are now in danger of making the earth uninhabitable.

This is hard to digest. Even though Ben and Jerry, the ice cream cone heads, offer rainbow ice cream, they’ve taken their bonding to a new level in order to celebrate the new ruling that makes “gay-marriage” legal in their state of Vermont.

In the midst of a world in chaos, with unrest, economic disaster, wars and rumors of war, along with Obama’s Health-scare Plan that would kill off senior citizens and older war veterans, it is good to finally see the news media concentrate on the real issues of life that need attention.
